Jo Rose

Jo Rose began her training in Holistic therapies in New Zealand in 1996, with Reiki, becoming a practitioner in 1997.

On her return to the UK in Brighton, she spent several years continuing her studies in a variety of holistic therapies, & also trained to teach Reiki & Kinesiology. Jo has been practicing as a holistic therapist & teaching since 2004.

Jo is a Kinesiology Federation recommended professional, a recognised teacher of Touch for Health Kinesiology (IKC) and Perceptual Bodywork Trainer (CK). Kinesiology training incorporates an understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine, plus a knowldge of bones, muscles, joints, functions & nutritional requirements of the body.

In addition, Jo holds diplomas in Nutritional Therapy, Advanced Reflexology, Swedish & Deep Tissue Massage, Indian Head Massage, and is also a Reiki Master practitioner / teacher. Jo moved from Brighton in March 2011 to set up her practice in Chinnor & Thame.
